Coverage starts once your invoice is paid in full. Warranty and guarantee terms, conditions and exclusions are set out in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service. The term that applies to your job is printed on your estimate and invoice.
Questions
It covers failures caused by TruFinity workmanship while the original owner owns the home and the work remains in place. Manufacturer failures, normal wear, misuse, and third-party alterations are excluded.
Yes. Equipment and parts carry their original manufacturer warranties, which we pass on to you in full. We also register qualifying equipment on your behalf whenever possible.

The parts and labour term is specific to the repair option you approve and is printed on the estimate and invoice. TruLoyalty+ includes at least 3 years; Band-Aid repairs cover the replaced part only.
Commercial and construction warranties are tailored per project. We provide written warranty terms with every commercial quote and contract.
